CleanWeb·Supabase handles account email, sign-in credentials, authentication records and sessions. If you choose password sign-in, your account password is sent securely to Supabase for authentication. CleanWeb stores trial and subscription dates, random device identifiers, payment order IDs, support conversations and administrative audit records.
CleanWeb does not upload your browsing history, protected page contents, payment or government form values, passwords entered on other websites, card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or QR contents. Its blocking engines process current tab URLs, domains, supported page content and requests locally to provide filtering and site controls.
Razorpay handles checkout. CleanWeb receives order/payment identifiers, amount, currency and payment/refund status for verification. Do not send card or banking details to support.
An optional report contains only extension version, browser version, operating-system category and protection/Safe Mode settings, supplied with your consent. Support messages are user-written; avoid including private URLs or sensitive information.
Supabase stores account data in the configured Mumbai project. Hostinger hosts the website and email. Supabase sign-in sessions contain IP addresses; hosting, authentication and payment providers also process operational connection metadata under their own policies. These records support service operation and security, not advertising or precise location tracking. Sign-in sessions use essential local storage. A random website session ID and timestamps support aggregate online-visitor counts; the presence record contains no visited URLs. Presence updates remove records last seen more than 30 minutes earlier. No advertising analytics is included.
CleanWeb uses account, device, payment and support data only to provide, secure and support its protection service. Data is not sold, used for advertising, used to determine creditworthiness or used for lending. Transfers to service providers are limited to operating this service. Local browsing and page processing serves the protection features described above. These practices follow the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Account data is retained while your account is active. After a deletion request, normal account data is deleted within 30 days, except records that must be retained by law. Closed support tickets are retained for 12 months after closure, then deleted or anonymized unless legally required. Payment and transaction records are retained only for the period required by applicable law, tax/accounting obligations and payment-provider requirements.
